Product Manager

Ascina is a young startup with an ambitious mission to be the number one health and fitness app. We aim to do this by pioneering on the frontier of wellbeing and delivering our findings to users in a fun, engaging app. We have attracted a lot of early attention from investors and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing startup trying to do something remarkable in the world.

We are looking for a Product Manager to work with our engineers to build our app around our users. We need you to be able to utilise the data from the app and real life engagements with users to inform our product backlog and guide the development of the app. 

Necessary Skills

• Be exceptional 

• At least 5+ years of overall experience as a strong PM and Senior PM, with a clear record of successful delivery and impact in collaboration with an engineering tea

• Demonstrated experience planning and executing customer-facing experiments (e.g. A/B tests) with a solid understanding of experiment design and considerations

• Preferred background:

  • Experience in a prior startup or other high-ambiguity environment

  • Product management experience on a healthcare product with a large B2C end-user population

  • Prior experience with psychology-based products, gamification, or other user behaviour-oriented app
