We provide a workshop for staff where we go over the four pillars of wellbeing. Exercise, nutrition, sleep and mental / spiritual and how these areas compound together. We teach leaders how to improve these areas of their life and by doing so this will pass onto their teams.

We teach how to construct policies and procedures within a company that promote good mental health.

The key to great companies is purpose and vision. We all know it. Apple, Google, Starbucks all reached their heights using vision. Alexander the Great, Oliver Comwell and Napoleon all used vision and purpose to achieve their unbelievable military feats. All things being equal it is purpose and vision that win every time.

However, Enron. Blockbusters, Lehman Brothers, MySpace, Blackberry, all had gradious mission statements too. Clearly there is more to it.

So, what makes a purpose a morale sapping platitude, and what makes a purpose an inspiration that raises people to be more than the sum of their parts?

It needs the whole package. The understanding of why purpose is important to humans and the plan and people policies that bring it to life.
